With a background in hotel sales, hotel sourcing, and planning events from concept through completion, Cara understands both sides of the conversation. Her hotel experience helps her ask the right questions, spot details that could be overlooked, and negotiate room rates, meeting space, concessions, and contract terms that fit her clients’ needs.
Cara has helped clients secure hotels and room blocks for corporate meetings, executive gatherings, and company events. Through CMS’s complimentary hotel sourcing services, she helps clients weigh their options and feel confident in their decisions. Her clients have recognized her for being responsive, easy to work with, and committed to saving them time.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Cara also brings experience managing complex projects and keeping people, priorities, and deadlines aligned. She believes good planning starts with listening, understanding what matters most, and following through on the details.
